The scheme includes the construction of a 20 storey tower to comprise 77 flats and 15,000 square feet of business space as well as shops and restaurants. The first phase of the business centre will open in December and the second phase will increase the overall business space on the site to 70,000 sq ft, enabling it to house more than 120 businesses.

"This development will not only benefit fast growing businesses, helping to mitigate the high demand for office space, but also the wider community."
