Microsoft attacks judge in antitrust appeal

Microsoft yesterday filed its reply brief with the United States Court of Appeals, detailing the key issues that it believes support reversal of the Federal District Court's judgment in the US Department of Justice antitrust case that could split Microsoft in two if the decision is upheld.

In its brief, the company defends its inclusion of internet support into the Windows operating system as s declaration of innocence to the protestations of gangland killers."
