OUT-LAW wins top legal industry award

OUT-LAW News, 23/09/2003

We are delighted to announce that OUT-LAW.COM has won the award for "Best legal e-commerce / on-line legal services project" at In Brief magazine's e-LOTIES awards 2003.

The e-LOTIES awards are aimed at recognising technological innovation in the legal sector and, unlike many such awards, where the judging is undertaken by those who lunch and are lunched, the significance of the e-LOTIES is that they are judged by the consumers of these services.

Against that background we are delighted to say that our win was thanks to the votes of more than 2,200 OUT-LAW users.

John Salmon, a partner with Masons and one of the founders of OUT-LAW.COM, said:

"OUT-LAW has gone from strength to strength. We now have around 15,000 registered users, and the feedback we get from them is tremendous. We are extremely grateful to everyone for their support and in particular those who voted for us."
