Freedom of Information (Amendment) Bill 2006-07

This is a Private Members Bill introduced by David Maclean which seeks to amend the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to exempt from its provisions the House of Commons and House of Lords and correspondence between Members of Parliament and public authorities.

Introduced in December 2006, subsequent amendments may have been made but not incorporated into the original version of Bill
