Temporary and Agency Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Bill 2006-07

This is a Private Members Bill introduced by Paul Farrelly which seeks to prohibit discrimination against temporary and agency workers; to make provision about the enforcement of rights of such workers; and for connected purposes.

Introduced in December 2006, subsequent amendments may have been made but not incorporated into the original version of Bill
