Brief

We are currently looking to recruit a City Litigator who has from 5 years PQE to join our London Dispute Resolution and Litigation Group.

The candidate required

The ideal candidate will have gained experience from a leading city firm and have a background in dealing with international trade cases in High Court, Arbitration and mediation dispute resolution.

Candidates must be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focus with a strong academic background combined with excellent communication and organisational skills. 

Background

Our dispute resolution team is expert at resolving problems for business clients. 

We seek to provide certainty in a, sometimes, uncertain process. To that end we have developed a unique approach to litigation we call 'Reaching Solutions'. It involves a seamless service between our lawyers and in-house accountants, aided by budgeting and program management software, communicating through decision trees and related reports; all designed to put our clients in control of their disputes.

We represent our clients' interests with commitment and determination never losing sight of our clients' commercial needs and objectives. Many of our litigation partners are recognised as national experts by the published authorities. The Dispute Resolution & Litigation Group has significant expertise in High Court litigation, ADR, arbitration and court proceedings in:

• Advising a FTSE 250 company on product liability issues.
