Retail Packaging Recycling Bill 2006-07

This is a Private Members Bill introduced by Andrew Stunell which seeks to introuce the requirement that certain retailers provide free of charge a collection point for any packaging materials sold or supplied by them; and to require them to recycle or safely dispose of such materials.

Introduced in March 2007, subsequent amendments may have been made but not incorporated into the original version of Bill
