Employment law training
Not just lawyers with PowerPoint
Pinsent Masons is one of the leading providers of employment law
services in the UK.
Our dedicated employment law trainers have been selected
not just for their years of experience as employment lawyers but
because of their ability to take the seemingly boring and complex
and make it easy (even fun) to learn, understand and apply. They
are trained in learning theory, training needs analysis, design and
evaluation.
Like most law firms, we offer traditional legal seminars and
presentations. However, we see our training service as something
very different. The focus of our training business is on learning
and promoting behavioural change.
We put more emphasis on practical exercises and group work than
the traditional chalk-and-talk approach to legal training.
In-house employment law training
We design and deliver bespoke employment law training for
organisations large and small, public and private, including:
- Amey
- Aviva
- Coca-Cola Enterprises
- Creative Labs
- Crown Prosecution Service
- Fujitsu Services
- Save The Children

Public course training
Throughout the year we run public training sessions at five of
our regional offices (London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and
either Glasgow or Edinburgh) on topics which we have identified as
key areas for HR professionals.
Places are limited to 16 delegates per session to maximise your
opportunity to interact with the trainers and ask the questions
that matter to you most.
