Orange and Littlewoods breach Data Protection Act, says ICO Mobile operator Orange has breached the Data Protection Act's security requirements and home shopping giant Littlewoods has breached the Act's marketing rules, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has ruled. 21/06/2007 http://www.out-law.com/page-8165 2. UK extends E-commerce Directive to terrorism laws Regulations come into force this week that explain how and when a foreign company can be brought to justice in the UK over blog postings that encourage terrorism. Employers must spot signs of depression, says CIPD Mental ill health is the second largest cause of time lost due to sickness absence in UK organisations with stress, depression and anxiety accounting for over 50% of these mental health problems, according to a report published this month. 19/06/2007 http://www.out-law.com/page-8159 6. Lords refuse to hear Prince Charles privacy case Prince Charles has won a legal victory in his privacy battle against the Mail on Sunday.
