The BBC must obscure the identity of a young woman in a documentary on adoption in order to protect her privacy despite the woman consenting to participate in the programme.

Sony BMG sues DRM developer
Record label Sony BMG is suing the maker of digital rights management (DRM) software which was accused of harming computers in 2005. The company is seeking $12 million in damages to compensate for the effects of the software.
