seizure has received the approval of advertising regulators. The advert, for
watches from Dolce & Gabbana (D&G), has not been banned.

British Airways has been fined £269 million by UK and US competition authorities
for fuel surcharge price fixing with Virgin Atlantic. Virgin received no fines
as a reward for being the scheme's whistle-blower.

Companies could be open to civil law suits and even criminal prosecutions if
researchers' claims that office printers are dangerous prove true, according to
a medical legal expert.

Insurance law is inappropriate to modern life and can trap honest policy holders
and leave them without cover, according to The Law Commission of England and
Wales. The law reform body has proposed changes to crucial parts of insurance
law.

The use of web archive The Wayback Machine did not constitute hacking in the
case of a law firm which used the web archive to see pages which owners did not
want it to see, a US court has ruled.

Accused NASA and Pentagon hacker Gary McKinnon has won the right to appeal to
the House of Lords over his extradition to the US. The Lords will hear his case,
even though they recently refused to hear the extradition case of the 'Natwest
Three'.
