New Equality and Human Rights Commission aims for fairer Britain The Equality and Human Rights Commission opened today with the aim of making Britain a fairer, more equal place to live. Dead woman's medical records case could undermine FOI law, says expert A dead woman's medical records should not be released because a duty of confidentiality survives her death, the Information Tribunal has ruled.
