Court in London for sponsoring the word 'Interflora' as a search engine keyword.

Budget airlines Ryanair and easyJet are failing to comply with European laws
that ban pre-checked boxes on websites that sell flight tickets. New rules
provide that optional price supplements must be accepted on an 'opt-in' basis.

generic drugs, according to evidence presented as part of a European Commission

released for public comment today.

The owner of a famous trade mark can stop a similar mark being used for
completely different goods and services but must show that the new mark will
have an economic impact on consumers to its detriment, the European Court of
Justice has ruled.
