A Government minister will have to publish guidance for companies on a new
bribery offence that had been criticised for not being clear enough. The Bribery
Bill would make it an offence for a company to fail to prevent bribery.

Privacy watchdog the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has said that it
will not use new powers to fine organisations for data protection law breaches
if those breaches are discovered as part of one of its audits.
