EU Parliament calls for pan-EU copyright law The European Commission should create a directly enforceable EU-wide copyright law that could be used to bring copyright infringers to book, the European Parliament has said. European Commission defends competition law role The European Commission is the right body to enforce EU competition law because, unlike courts, it can take into account the effect of policy and enforcement on markets, the Competition Commissioner has said. 20/09/2010 http://out-law.com/page-11385 6.
