Ryanair wins ihateryanair.co.uk because of £322 ad revenue A website criticising airline Ryanair must surrender its domain name to the Irish carrier because it broke the policies governing the use of others' trade marks in .co.uk addresses by earning money from commercial links on the site. 13/10/2010 http://www.out-law.com/page-11446 5. MEPs oppose parts of draft Consumer Rights Directive A proposed EU consumer rights law does not offer consumers enough protection, MEPs have warned.
