The deal (5-page /105KB PDF) has been financed by Brockton Capital, which has also agreed to fund further regeneration plans for the one acre site. The site was acquired from the founders of the market, Bill Fulford and Peter Wheeler.
UMC was originally founded as a joint venture between regeneration specialist, John Milligan, and Bill and Will Fulford and will now incorporates all the Camden Lock team.
